Position Summary
This full-time, on-site position is for a Junior Electrician/Apprentice Mechanic at DiRusso Electrical Contracting Corp. The successful candidate will be tasked with the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across both commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving electrical problems, collaborating with clients to fulfill their electrical requirements, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols to protect public safety concerning electrical matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for electrical systems and equipment.
- Adhere to local and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Interpret and follow technical schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Possess a valid Electrician's license or certification (preferred).
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be available for overtime and weekend work as required.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Have OSHA certification.
