Key Responsibilities- Provide critical care to patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and other data to identify potential complications and take corrective action.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current registered nurse licensure in the state of West Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- One year of experience in critical care nursing.
