About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Emerald Enterprises. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for successfully selling our product range over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and handling the active acceptance, processing, and fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our product range
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Continuously maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
