Job Title: Front Desk Concierge

The Aspenwood Company is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Concierge to join our team at Heartis MidCities, an Assisted Living and Memory Care senior community. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming public traffic, ensuring a clean and organized environment for all visitors.
  • Assist with guest and employee meal ticket sales, as well as other service requests.
  • Operate the paging/telephone system, answering calls and relaying information as needed.
  • Monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms, responding in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling job applicant interviews for department heads.
  • Track incoming/outgoing residents and guests.
  • Participate in the community's emergency response team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene, adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior customer service experience, front desk, and telephone experience preferred.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel.
