We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at the Garden of the Gods Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve beverages to guests, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment
- Provide exceptional service to guests, including answering questions and making recommendations
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service to guests
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on new products and techniques
- Minimum one year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including mixology techniques and beverage pairings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced setting.
