About the Role:

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $16-19 per hour, based on experience. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and happiness of our students.
  • Communicate effectively with families, keeping them informed of their child's progress and milestones.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead teacher in a childcare setting.
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required).
  • The ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
