About the Role

We are seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join our team at Family Counseling Associates. As a licensed therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and families, to provide psychotherapy and counseling services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience with health psychology, working with children or adolescents, and couples or family counseling
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients
