We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team at Accredo, the specialty pharmacy division of Evernorth Health Services. As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing critical infusion medications in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer IV infusion medications to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Work closely with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to ensure patients' needs are met and to help them achieve their best health.
- Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure patients' well-being.
- Stay connected with patients and their families, providing updates on their status and documenting all interactions.
- Active RN license in the state where you will be working and living.
- 2+ years of RN experience, with 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
- Strong skills in IV insertion.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel within a designated area.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, during the day, with occasional evening or weekend visits if needed.
