- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and certification in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
