Job Summary

Mazda of Columbia is seeking a highly skilled F&I Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from sales to finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our sales team to execute plans and reach sales goals
  • Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  • Support the sales team during negotiations and leverage opportunities for sale enhancements
  • Coach the sales team and provide ongoing education to improve customer experience and closing rates
  • Provide a thorough explanation of benefits that come with protection programs
  • Explain the APR, finance charge, total sale price, and other required disclosures on the contract
  • Maintain good lender relationships and consistently establish new connections
  • Audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by management
  • Responsible for the financial success of your location and employees
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years F&I experience
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Leadership skills to train and develop new talent
