Job Summary

DispatchHealth Management is seeking a skilled Medical Technician to join our clinical team. As a Medical Technician, you will work closely with our Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect vital signs and assist with patient assessment and monitoring
  • Perform tasks delegated by licensed NP/PA providers, including IV starts and blood draws (as permitted by state law)
  • Work directly with point of care laboratory equipment, including operation, calibration, and maintenance
  • Assist NP/PAs in the daily functions of a mobile health care delivery unit
  • Supply and stocking
  • Any other license or certification required by the District of Columbia for the performance of specified tasks

Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
