Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver resident care in line with established nursing standards and the care plan.
- Collaborate with our Nurse Manager to follow a tailored care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and report on residents' health conditions.
- Maintain accurate documentation as per provided directives.

Qualifications:
- A current, unencumbered, active LPN license in the state of Rhode Island.
- Preferred candidates will have clinical experience in sub-acute or long-term care settings.
- Completion of the primary series of the COVID vaccine is required.
