Salary



We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.25, plus the opportunity to earn cash tips and participate in a commission program for car wash extras and membership sales. Additionally, you'll receive free car washes and flexible scheduling to ensure a great work-life balance.



Job Description



As a Sales Greeter, you'll be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner, offering and advising services that would benefit the customer, and providing wash and detail services in a clean, safe, and friendly environment. You'll also be involved in daily tasks such as equipment maintenance and cleaning the car wash facility and surrounding property.



Required Skills and Qualifications



To be successful in this role, you'll need basic experience with order entry into any Point of Sale system, a professional appearance, and proficient verbal/communication skills. A valid driver's license is also required, and previous work or knowledge of the sales or car wash industry is preferred.

What to Expect




  • Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Handle customer concerns to the best of your ability, referring to a manager when needed
  • Follow and adhere to company strategies and procedures appropriately
  • Foster a team-oriented, family environment
  • Drive or ride in passenger vehicles


Requirements




  • Basic experience with order entry into any Point of Sale system
  • Professional appearance and proficient verbal/communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous work or knowledge of the sales or car wash industry (preferred)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in all weather conditions, and lift up to 20 pounds
