Job Title: Caregiver/HHA

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/HHA to join our team at Home Helpers Home Care. As a Caregiver/HHA, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:

The Caregiver/HHA will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
