Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including cameras, monitors, and computers.
  • Conduct thorough observations of all departments and job functions to identify potential security risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide detailed reports and testimony in court proceedings as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous surveillance experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer operational skills.
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift.
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods observing CCTV screens.
  • Ability to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations.
  • Ability to see and remember specific details of incidents and persons.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work in close quarters and tolerate areas with second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
  • Ability to work in a low-light environment.
