Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Club Ambassador to join our team at 24 Hour Fitness. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with members, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our members, understanding their fitness goals and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for generating new business leads, managing lead follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience
  • CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.01 - $17.77 per hour, plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Additionally, as a 24 Hour Fitness team member, you will receive a complimentary club membership and access to employee discounts and perks.
