Position Title:
Chief Executive Officer

Position Overview:

The Chief Executive Officer will provide leadership and strategic direction for a dedicated team of approximately 50 staff members across multiple locations within the community.

This role involves spearheading fundraising initiatives and fostering community engagement, while also overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of the organization's programs and services.


Reporting Structure:
This position will report directly to the Board of Directors of the Family Support Center.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management of Programs & Services

Core Responsibilities:
Supervise the LifeStart Village Self-Sufficiency residential program and associated facilities to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public health management, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience in leading a non-profit organization is required.

A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of seven years of relevant managerial experience, ideally within the non-profit sector. Experience in public health and housing services is advantageous.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Background check required upon hire.
CPR & First Aid Certification required upon hire.
TB Test required upon hire.

Essential Duties:
Oversee operational effectiveness of programs and services.
