Position Overview:
As a Technology Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the technological framework for various venues across multiple locations. This position is designed for a dedicated professional who is passionate about ensuring technology reliability and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support technology equipment across all designated venues, including hardware, network, and software updates.
- Provide primary Level 2 onsite and remote assistance for a variety of devices and services, including laptops and mobile devices.
- Manage and prioritize individual and team ticket queues for escalated issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution.
- Assist in testing and release support for software deployments, including pre-release lab testing.
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
- Oversee IT inventory management for all assigned locations, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Train and guide local personnel on resolving Tier 1 issues.
- Travel regularly to various locations to provide onsite training, support, and audits.
- Manage infrastructure moves and builds effectively.
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions on field technology.

Success Metrics:
- Achieve operational uptime and hardware readiness within established service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance by addressing vulnerabilities and completing software patches in a timely manner.
- Foster strong communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain robust relationships across various departments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience; technical certifications may substitute for degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a service desk or support role, providing both onsite and remote assistance.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with MDM solutions and Windows 10, including group policy, imaging, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical users.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.
- Experience in training and coaching others on troubleshooting methods.
- Strong organizational skills to identify and implement process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and skills.
