Automotive Receptionist

Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Southpoint is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests.

• Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, directing guests to the appropriate person or department, and taking accurate messages.
• Track and filter all incoming calls, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with the Guest Services Manager and Greeters to ensure seamless customer service.
• Reconcile and update data entry with dealership software, and produce daily reports as required.
• Provide a warm and positive environment for guests, and maintain a clean and comfortable workspace.

• Previous customer service experience, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products, and ability to learn Dealership Management System and web-based applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular and predictable attendance.
• Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, and sitting, with occasional heavy phone work.
