About the Role

Total Seed Production Inc is seeking a Crop Production Supervisor to oversee and manage farm operations, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality control.

This role involves supervising employees, planning and assigning tasks, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements to increase output and reduce costs.

  • Supervises team members performing farm functions during farming seasons and off-seasons
  • Coordinates field drainage projects and repair
  • Reviews and suggests equipment improvements

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Associate degree with at least 2 years related work experience or 4 years agricultural-related work experience, or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a supervisor with excellent communication and leadership skills
