About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound procedures on pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, adhering to established standards and practices under the direction of Radiologists.
  • Obtain and record pertinent clinical information related to the procedure, including patient history, allergies, lab results, and correlative exam results.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all required fields within the Radiology MEDITECH module.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • ARDMS certification in areas of departmental practices (OB/GYN, Abdominal, Small Parts, Vascular)
  • One to three years of Ultrasound experience
