We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Christianson PLLP. As a key member of our taxation services department, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex financial situations.
Key Responsibilities- Review and prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct in-depth research on tax issues and develop position memos to support clients and partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax code changes, accounting procedures, and financial theory to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with staff and supervisors to develop and implement tax quality control policies and procedures.
- Prepare complex tax returns and provide technical support to clients and staff.
- Develop and deliver tax presentations to clients, partners, and staff, showcasing expertise and industry knowledge.
- Participate in business development initiatives, cultivating relationships to drive growth and success.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or EA certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in taxation services, with a strong understanding of industry-specific tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and staff.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
