Customer Experience Specialist

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. With a strong focus on customer engagement and relationship-building, you'll create a loyal customer base and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized styling recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and driving sales.
- Maintaining a visually appealing store environment, adhering to high visual and operational standards.
- Utilizing technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Collaborating with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
- Building productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
- A minimum of 6 months of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
- A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technology proficiency, including point-of-sale systems.
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
$17-$22 per hour, based on experience.
