Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, trash removal, and cleaning of seats and fixtures.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and maintain a safe work area.
  • Document and report any deficiencies or maintenance needs.
  • Perform minor repairs and requisition supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, adhering to company standards.
  • Attend required training and meetings, and demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid CA Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with an acceptable driving record.
  • Two years of relevant experience preferred or any equivalent combination of education and job experience.
Working Conditions

The Facilities Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring long periods of standing, walking, and use of arms and legs. The position may involve exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, adverse weather, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibrations.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System.
  • Ability to read and understand labels and instructions, particularly on the use and application of cleaning chemicals and products.
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and objectively with little or no supervision.
