Key Responsibilities- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage room reservations, including rate quoting and room assignments.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards.
- Assist guests with safe deposit boxes and other requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
