Rincon Law Group, P.C. (RLG), a prominent civil litigation firm, is seeking to expand its team by hiring associate attorneys licensed in Texas and/or New Mexico.
As an associate attorney at RLG, you will engage in both independent work and collaborative efforts within larger case teams, tackling a variety of compelling cases related to commercial trucking, premises liability, product liability, and commercial law disputes. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents such as briefs and motions, conducting depositions, interviewing and preparing witnesses for court, and participating in mediation negotiations, as well as supporting senior attorneys during jury trials and other legal proceedings.
RLG places a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional development, ensuring that associates receive extensive training to enhance their legal knowledge and skills.
Opportunities for travel are available for associates to attend case events or court sessions outside their local area. Additionally, associates will collaborate with highly skilled legal staff and engage with diverse clients and expert witnesses.
