Janitorial Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Associate to join our team at ServiceMaster Commercial Services by Weihbrecht. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers, their students, and grounds. Your primary duties will include performing cleaning duties for facilities, maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

* Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
* Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows, and dust
* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
* Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as required

Requirements:

* Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
* Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
* Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
* Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job
* Contribute to the overall team effort, including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
* Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Work Schedule:

* Tuesday: 4:00p.m. to 9:00p.m.
* Thursday: 4:00p.m. to 7:15p.m.
* Friday: 4:00p.m. to 5:45p.m. (10 hours per week)

Compensation:

* Hourly pay rate: $15.00
