Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy patient care and additional support duties as indicated.
  • Contribute to a positive work team by sharing information, using problem-solving methods, and accepting new ideas, criticism, or advice from others.
  • Provide adequate supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants as defined in the Georgia Physical Therapy board rules.
  • Collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to facilitate effective clinical case management.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • A current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
  • Preferably two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment or equivalent.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 based on industry standards and location. Please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
