We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Surgical Unit team on a PRN basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to pre and post-surgical patients, including total joint replacements, bariatric, orthopedic, and general surgeries.
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, including post-op bleeding, pain issues, and post-anesthesia complications.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
