Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and care
Requirements
  • No experience required, but a passion for helping others is essential
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
