Job Title: Aquatic Coach

At Superhero Swim Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Coach to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an Aquatic Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging swim lessons to infants, preschoolers, and pre-teens, while ensuring the safety of all swimmers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement teaching methodologies that inspire confidence and skill progression in water environments.
  • Utilize expert-level aquatic powers to deliver tailored swim lessons that cater to the developmental needs of our young swimmers.
  • Ensure the safety of all swimmers through vigilant supervision and adherence to lifeguard protocols.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging environment where every swimmer feels empowered to unleash their full aquatic potential.
Qualifications:
  • A proven track record (3-5 years) in coaching and teaching infants and preschool-aged children the art of swimming.
  • Possession of a current lifeguard certification or Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to commute between our Coral Springs and Plantation training grounds.
