As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities. You will work closely with medical staff and residents to create personalized care plans, deliver treatments, and educate patients and their families about their care options.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities
  • Create care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents
  • Deliver treatments and administer medications to patients
  • Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
  • Educate patients and their families about their care options
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed
  • Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Draw fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab analysis
  • Train and supervise nurses and support staff
  • Document medical interventions and histories accurately
  • Assist with incident investigations

Requirements

  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
  • Excellent organizational skills
