Job Summary

This Registered Nurse position will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Key responsibilities include:

  • Patient assessment and recognition of health issues
  • Creating care plans and assessing patient responses
  • Conducting detailed clinical assessments and prioritizing patient needs

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards, as well as procedures. Proficiency in medical terms, including common medications and their side effects, is essential. Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities are also required.
