Bartender- Elko

Maverick Gaming LLC is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Greet guests in a prompt and courteous manner and thank them upon departure.
• Mix and serve drinks according to company policy and procedure.
• Clear and clean tables after each use and ensure they are set properly.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment.
• Maintain an accurate par level for bar service outlet.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Performs job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Must have excellent knowledge of alcohol service.
• Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to prioritize and organize, using time efficiently.
• Resolve problems using good judgment, displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, and makes timely decisions.
• Ability to work well with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
