Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care to neonates in a NICU setting, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments as needed, in accordance with established medical protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in a NICU setting.
- Strong clinical skills, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
