Compensation: $26-$28/hr based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple production teams to facilitate seamless warehouse operations.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the shipping process, tracking and updating the status of shipments.
  • Handle incoming shipments with precision, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Stage materials safely and prepare items for delivery or storage.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring careful handling and accurate inventory management.
  • Conduct timely deliveries and pick-ups, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts and tracking.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including managing supplies.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and manage time efficiently.
  • Delegate responsibilities while fostering collaboration and taking initiative.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Experience in a supervisory role.

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy items throughout the day.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Previous warehouse experience with a solid understanding of safety regulations.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

Eligibility Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required.

Employment and education verification will be conducted.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Encon maintains a drug-free workplace and requires pre-employment drug testing.

Physical capabilities include bending, crawling, stretching, and operating heavy machinery.

Ability to work at heights and safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Package: $26-$28/hr, plus discretionary quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K matching, and discounted gym memberships.
