Job Description
As a Mobile Associate, you will work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will be a brand ambassador who builds energy and excitement around our products and services. You will immerse yourself in significant connections with our customers and have a passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment. You should be passionate about serving customers and have a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You should also be able to balance customer needs and performance goals effectively.
