Overview

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, is seeking a board-certified Cardiologist with Critical Care Cardiology training and experience to join our academic practice of 40 Cardiologists. As a Cardiac Intensivist, you will provide collaborative team-based care, including rotations with cardiac anesthesiologists, critical care medicine, and cardiologists in a new co-management model.

Responsibilities
  • Manage mixed shock, multiorgan dysfunction, mechanical circulatory support, airway management, vascular access, pulmonary artery catheterization, bedside echocardiographic imaging, and hemodynamic recording systems.
  • Understand quality metrics, best practices, and protocols in the intensive care setting.
  • Supervise and teach cardiovascular fellows, residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers.
Requirements
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine
  • New Hampshire Medical License
