Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Barber / Men's Hair Stylist to join our team at Magic Hat Barber Shop in Carmel, IN. As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity while providing premium grooming services to our clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide premium barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements
  • Valid barbering and/or cosmetology license in the state of Indiana
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Barber/Hair Stylist working in a salon/barbershop
  • Confident skills with scissor over comb, shaves, beards, skin-fades, tapers and longer hairstyles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for the art of barbering and men's grooming
