Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective instruction in self-contained or resource classroom settings.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related services staff, and parents to support student learning.

Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia, Maryland, or District of Columbia Special Education teaching certification.
- Must have obtained, or be currently obtaining ASD credential.

- Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
