Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Nottingham, Pennsylvania. As a home health nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including administration of medication, wound care, and treatments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
