Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at University Partners. This role will be responsible for marketing and leasing apartments to prospective residents, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of our community.

The Leasing Consultant will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, handling inquiries, tours, and lease applications. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards, and staying up-to-date with market knowledge and competitor information.

• Marketing and Leasing
• Create effective marketing strategies to attract prospective residents
• Show apartments and provide tours to potential renters
• Process lease applications, including credit checks and verifications
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards
• Customer Service
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Market Knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor information
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; or High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
• PREFERRED: Knowledge in Entrata

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
