Job Overview

As a Per Diem Registered Nurse at RWJBarnabas Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe and quality patient care. Your expertise will be utilized to perform, adapt, and safely demonstrate procedures required by patients according to policies and procedures. You will administer medications accurately and safely, documenting according to policies and procedures. Additionally, you will perform, demonstrate, and document technical skills specific to the nursing unit.

Qualifications
  • ASN or Nursing diploma (Must be willing to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire date)
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: BSN, A minimum of one year recent clinical experience in a Cancer Related Specialty nursing, ACLS, Current New Jersey RN license
