Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Glade Run Lutheran Services. As a School Based Therapist, you will work with students in a school setting, providing individual, group, and family therapy to support their mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete intakes and psycho-social assessments for assigned clients
  • Develop and implement measurable treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their guardians
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as indicated in the treatment plan
  • Complete clinical progress notes and consult with designated psychiatrist and school-based supervisor
  • Participate in individual and group clinical supervision activities and communicate with school district personnel as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a counseling-related field with a clinical practicum
  • Professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required and credentialing preferred
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agency personnel and community agencies
  • Ability to accept supervision and adjust hours to job requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to protect client confidentiality
