We are seeking a qualified Young Learners Support Specialist to join our team at Full Heart Child Care. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging activities and lesson plans for our young learners. Key Responsibilities
* Assist lead teacher in planning age-appropriate lesson plans for classroom in the areas of art, sensory, science, math, and literacy
* Help create an environment that fosters learning through play by having activities available to children all day, every day
* Use process-based art in the classroom and have open-ended art available
* Always have a sensory-play option available for children (water, rice, dirt, etc.)

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, and strong oral communication skills. You must also be able to work independently and in collaboration with others, solve problems quickly, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
