Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary focus is on exploitation. Formulate exploitation strategies and adjust operations based on a thorough understanding of network defenses and weaknesses.
  • Assist in crafting mitigations to enhance network defenses and shield against attacks targeting network infrastructure devices or systems. This role may encompass various data transport methods, including traditional wired networks, wireless communications (such as Wi-Fi and cellular), collaborative platforms like video conferencing, along with the associated hardware and software.
  • Develop advanced knowledge in networking protocols and architectures, cloud security, Internet of Things protocols, and sophisticated network security measures.
  • Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to establish a shared understanding of intelligence requirements, mission significance, and areas of expertise.
  • Utilize analytical skills to formulate hypotheses, critically evaluate and select analysis techniques, and then query, merge, enrich, assess, and pivot within data to derive and disseminate insights.
  • Summarize, document, contextualize, and communicate findings with colleagues, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and a polygraph.
  • Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, IT, or Information Systems, Networking and Telecommunications, etc.). 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate's degree.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering.
  • Additionally, experience in network or system administration is required.
  • Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), Undergraduate Cyber Training (UCT), Network Warfare Bridge Course (NWBC)/Intermediate Network Warfare Training (INWT), Cyber Defense Operations will be considered toward relevant experience requirement.
  • Certifications such as Network+, Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, Cisco Certified Network Associate or similar are preferred.
