Maintenance Specialist

NutraBio Labs, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to maintain and repair production equipment.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying maintenance issues, performing regular preventative maintenance, and responding to urgent repair needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Repair Equipment: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and Diagnose Equipment Failures: Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with Production Teams: Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Production Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or vocational training is a plus).
• Proven Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong Mechanical Skills: Strong mechanical skills, including ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
