We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Oaks at Jamestown. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.
About the RoleAs an LPN, your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, conducting routine lab tests, and educating patients and their families about treatment plans and self-care. You will also contribute to the assessment of patients, identify safety hazards and emergency situations, and take corrective action as needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing, including experience with medication administration, lab testing, and patient education. You must also be licensed as a Practical/Vocational Nurse and hold a current BLS Provider certification.
