Electrical Assembler

As an Electrical Assembler at CANNON USA, INC., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient installation and repair of electrical systems in various industries. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, installing, and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and install electrical systems, including wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment.
- Repair and maintain electrical systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior wiremen and supervisory personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Operate various electricians' hand tools, including saber saws, hydraulic punches, forklifts, overhead cranes, electric grinders, and air-powered tools.
- Assist with running wire, cable, and conduit or wire tray on skid-mounted machines from control cabinets to various devices mounted on skids.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in industrial electrical panel wiring and debug.
- Ability to wire a panel from prints and schematics.
- Experience with assembly of precision automated machinery, including use of major hand tools.
- Skilled trade degree, certification, or 2 years equivalent experience in industrial control wiring.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, stoop, and bend frequently.
Work Environment:
Position may require travel. Travel can be as much as 25% of work hours and include travel/work on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
