Job Summary:
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing and directing construction operations. Your role will involve supervising and coordinating onsite activities, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within financial constraints. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and various team members to guarantee the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage onsite construction operations, including subcontractors and construction teams.

2. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality benchmarks.

3. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and best practices.

4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

5. Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

6. Track and report on project advancements, including milestones, timelines, and budget adherence.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a comparable role within the construction field.

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

6. Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

8. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
